He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Hicks and Madeline Hicks; his wife Marylin Shreeve; and his sister Joann. He is survived by: his children, Karen, Ken and Melvin (Penny). He is also survived by five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
