He was predeceased by: his parents, Onofre Tafoya and Armelina Tafoya; his sister Susan Arroyo; and his significant other Nikki Tafoya. He is survived by: his children, Jesse Tafoya (Stephany), Thomas Tafoya and Derrick Tafoya (Ernestina); and his grandchildren, Joseph Tafoya, Evan Tafoya, Emery Tafoya, Gianna Tafoya, Penelope Tafoya, Audiana Arrellin, Victor Arrellin Jr., Alicia Macias, Sophia Macias, Nevaeh Tafoya, Mya Tafoya and Erica Tafoya.
