She was predeceased by: her husband George Cassa; her parents, Howard Hooke, Sr. and Nancy P. Hooke; and her siblings, Charlene H. Brown, Hardt Hooke and Samuel "Chummy" Hooke.
She is survived by: her sons, Alexander Paul Cassa, Zachary James Cassa and Samuel Christopher Cassa.
