He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Howell and Nell Howell (Roper). He is survived by: his significant other Ellen Kretsch; his children, Christopher (Jessica) of Miami Gardens and Elizabeth (Joe) of Globe; and his sister Cindy Nowell (Terry) of Globe. He is also survived by five grandchildren; a niece and grandniece; and several cousins.
