She was predeceased by: her parents, James P. Mathews and Nell Rose Lundsford; her son David P. Shaw; and her husband Jerry J. Shaw. She is survived by: her children, Richard Shaw, Stephen Shaw, Darla Bradford, Deborah Packer and Elizabeth Hurtado. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
