She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Ramsey and Viola Henson; her sisters, Marie Blocker, Mary-Louise Teague and Clarice Harden; and her son Larry Linton.

She is survived by: her sisters, Wanda Bonaventura and Carol Fuller; and her children, Terry Scrogham, David Linton, Steven Linton and Joe Paul Carbajal. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
