He is survived by: his wife Caroline Turner; his children, Jamie Gardoni-Smith (Dalton), Brittany Mabuce, Deborah Sue Gambale, Jeff Gene Turner, Jr., Tara Hawkins (Brandon) and Victoria; and his brothers, Rod Turner and Donald Turner. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
