He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior DC and Stella Mae Philpot. He is survived by: his son Randall; his brother Nolan Philpot (Joy); his sister-in-law Glenda; his siblings, Gary (late Glenda), David (Frances), Kathy (Joe Wilson), Patsy (Gary Minefee), Tony and Paul; his wife Sharon; his son Loren Gerald Jr. (Stephanie); and his grandchildren, Kaetlyn, Gavin, Santiago, Ethan, Callan, Isaac, Sebastian, Declan, Maximiliano and Charlotte Rose. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
