He was predeceased by: his parents, Santos Villegas and Petra Villegas of Globe, AZ.. He is survived by: his children, Nicole Lynch, Monique Rowlett (Kevin), Jodie Villegas and Ernie Villegas Jr.; his grandchildren, Evan, Allison, Camryn, Aiden, Collin, Avery and Cameron; and his siblings, Diane Plevich (Chuck), Danny Villegas (Patty), Sammy Villegas (Eva), Raymond Villegas (David), Tony Villegas (Andrea), Bernice Villegas-White (Larry) and Bonnie Atilano (George). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
