He is survived by: his mother Glorlinda Corolis (Seagroves); his wife Megan Moore (Chism); his siblings, Tyler Ray Moore (Nikki) and Jami Hazen; and his father-in-law Mike Chism (Jan). He is also survived by his 12 nieces and nephews.
