He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Shaw. He is survived by: his mother Marianne Grace Shaw (Mathews); his children, Jakob R. Shaw of David and Lindsay Shaw; and his siblings, Steve Shaw (Jean), Richard Shaw (Sally), Darla Bradford (David), Deborah Packer (Steve) and Elizabeth Ternham. He is also survived by his five grandchildren.
