Phelps of Globe, Arizona, born in Tucson, Arizona, who passed away on December 21, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Martha Phelps (Burk); and his brother Mark Phelps. He is survived by: his father Gene Doss; his stepparents, Diann of Dudleyville and Brigham Phelps of Florida; his brother Adrian Doss; his sister-in-law Nichole of Aurora Co; his sister Kim Doss-Cortes of Tucson, AZ; his siblings-in-law, Michael of Texas and Lori McClain of Safford, Beloved; his cousin Ann; and his grandchildren, Burk, Margaret Richardson and Milton Doss. He is also survived by Nieces and nephews.
