He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Stevenson and Betty Stevenson (Faith); and his grandparents, Clarence, Opal Faith Mickey, Luther and Bonnie Stevenson.
He is survived by: his aunt Louise Whittaker of Palestine, Illinois. He is also survived by several cousins; and one special cousin.
