She was predeceased by: her father Donald Bruce Maeder; and her grandparents, Lowell, Lelia Maeder, Oscar and Blanche Duston.

She is survived by: her mother Shirley Rae Duston; her brother Bruce (Luke Forster); and her nieces and nephews, Clara and Jamie Mooney. She is also survived by uncles, and cousin.
