She is survived by: her sons, Jacob (Carolyn), Josh (Emily) and Jared (Vandala); her siblings, David (Loretta), Larry (Stephanie), Kathy and William (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Leonardo, Sylvester, Phoebe, Jackson, Brooks, Josie and Harper; and her pet Simmie.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Susan's memory can be made to Lily's Hope Foundation, which provides emergency support to families with premature babies in the NICU-a cause close to Susan's heart.
