She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Mendez and Ramona Mendez; her husband Ysidro Juarez; and her sons, Isidro Juarez Jr. and Victor Juarez.

She is survived by: her children, Sarah Hernandez (Xavier), Rose Felix (Eddie), Gloria Bohn, Martina Valdivia (James), Elizabeth Juarez, Manuel Juarez and Jesse Juarez; her siblings, Frank Mendez, Carmen Rocha and Esperanza Ramirez; and her sister-in-law Cynthia Mendez. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
