He is survived by: his daughters, Terri Martens (Kevin), Tammi Smithson, Tina Jenkins (Steve) and Tonya Jacobs; his grandchildren, Jason Smithson, Ashley Beikmann (Andrew), Justin Martens, Danielle Betts (David), Brittney Wilder, Tyler Jenkins (Brittney), Taylor Leatherwood (Nicholas) and Antone Jacobs; his great grandchild Sister Nancy Frost; and his cousin Steve Wargo.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Surprise Funeral Care (16063 W Bell Rd, Surprise, AZ 85374). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the West Resthaven Funeral Home & Cemetery (6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301).
