It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Lee Smith of Glendale, Arizona, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 14, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Smith and Agnes Smith; and his son David Smith. He is survived by: his wife Judy Smith; his sons, Vaughn Smith, Russell Smith (Cheri), Jeremy Smith (Ruth) and Steven Smith (Megan); and his brother Chuck Smith (Doodle). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great-granddaughter.
