We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2023, at the age of 83, Richard A. Green Sr. of Glendale, Arizona passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Franklin Green and Helen Elizabeth Holcomb. He is survived by: his wife Judy Lewis; his children, Rick [Pamela] Green and Wendy [Danny] Roark; his grandchildren, Chris [Amber] Green, Austin [Hailey] Roark, Connor [Jane] Green and Marissa [Aaron] Bernhardt; and his great grandchildren, Palmer, Grayson, Rhett, Collins, Sienna and Jack.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in his honor to the VAD Unit at the Mayo Clinic.
