With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Schvaneveldt of Glendale, Arizona, born in Weston, Idaho, who passed away on September 5, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Erastus Schvaneveldt and Lila May Booth; his son Chad Phillip (Jane Martin); his daughter-in-law Jane; and his granddaughter Falon.
He is survived by: his children, Jefferey Blane and Lila May (Todd Yamamoto); his wife Zefa Mortensen; his daughter Shannon; his grandchildren, Lacy, Cody, Chelsi, Tyler, Shane, Lexi, Jonny, Chanel and Nick; and his great grandchildren, Harlow, Kennedy, Charlee, Chase, Jaspur and Beau. He is also survived by friend, but most lovingly as "PAPA" to his grandchildren & great grandchildren.
