She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bolen (Hank) and Laura Bolen of Besoco; her brother Paul; and her grandson Seth. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly (Ron Couch), Lisa (Mark Thompson) and Jackie.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations in Penny's name be made to either Ryan House or to the Parkinson Research Foundation.
