She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew James and Amy Ozella Gallegher. She is survived by: her children, Victoria Buchna, Tricia, Mike Paulson, Joseph Dewey and Cindy Dewey; her grandchildren, Patric Todd, Amy, Eliseo Ramos, Meghan Dewey, Emily Paulson, Erin Dewey and Faith Dewey; and her great grandchild Mason Dewey.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Pat's memory be made to The National Association of the Deaf.
