With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Olivia G. Silva (Glendale, Arizona), born in Scottsdale, Arizona, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 14, 2025 at the age of 94. In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire her loved ones, keeping Olivia's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Silva, Jr., Margarita Silva (Manuel), Yolanda Mead (Gary), David Silva and Joe Silva (Helena); and her siblings, Gilbert Garcia, Mary Garcia, Toni Bastian and Julia Ibarra. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the West Resthaven Funeral Home (6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301).
Eventually she ended up working as a CNA for the Foundation for Senior Living.
