He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Eugene and Zana Lotts; his wife Marilyn Cumi Lotts; and his siblings, Betty Long, Gene, Jim and Johnny Lotts.
He is survived by: his children, Norman L. Lotts, Jr. of Dayton, Ohio, Robyn Ferro (Mark Ehrichs) of Litchfield Park, AZ and Bob Lotts (Mary) of Phoenix, AZ.; his grandchildren, Joseph Lotts, Claire Townsend (Darian), Michelle Ferro, Brian Ferro, Brian Bachman and Mandy Akers; and his great grandchildren, Ella Mari Townsend and Donovan Bledsoe. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchild.
Norman was also a regular attender of the Sun City First United Methodist Church prior to the COVID pandemic and at that point he and Robyn learned all the technology to watch church services from home.
