She is survived by: her husband Gerard (Jerry); her children, Gerard Jr of Glendale, Michael of Las Vegas and Lori Ashley of Phoenix; her children-in-law, Alicia Brown, Melissa Brown and Steve Ashley; and her brother Thomas Eastwood.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Luekemia and Lymphoma Society and St. Jude Children's Hospital.
