She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Emerson Hart and Frances Hart; her husband Kenneth Rhoads; her children, Kimberly Maphis MacKenzie (Mark) and Brian; her grandchildren, Alyssa Hill (Jonah Hirsch) and Justin Hill; and her siblings, Kenneth Hart (Martha), Matthew Hart (Theresa), Nancy Hart and Walter "Jeff" Hart.
