She was predeceased by: her parents, Manual and Bertie; her husband Arthur W. Neitch; and her siblings, Albert, Ed, Robert, Ella, Mildred, Lucile, Inez and Ines.

She is survived by: her children, Almeda Williamson, H. Wayne Neitch (Veronica), Donna Hubbert and Walter Neitch (Kathy). She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in Leona's honor be sent to the City of Hope Foundation.
