He is survived by: his wife Norma Lopez; his children, Julia Hernandez (Tom), Benny Lopez Sr. (Rosemary), Diana Lopez, René Oviedo-Lopez (Ashley) and Michael Lopez (Jacky); and his grandchildren, Xavier Hernandez, Leslie Carbajal (Christian), Benny Lopez Jr. (Nicole Wabod), Gabriel Lopez (Miguel Oiarte), Kristina Lopez (Benefacio Milligan), Norma Lopez, Anastasia Lopez (Angel Misquez), Sonia Rascun, Rudy Rasun, Gage Lopez (Audrey), Eli Lopez, Mark Rose, Josiah Camacho, Jaxson Camacho and Justus Camacho. He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions funeral services will be private.
