She was predeceased by: her parents, Arville Miller and Laura Miller; her son Jay Chamberlain; and her siblings, Dottie Ward, Gene Miller (Pat Miller) and Shih Tzu Mollie (Bonnie).

She is survived by: her children, John Chamberlain (Judy) and Jill Clark (Tom); her brother Michael Miller; her grandsons, Joseph Eder (Monica), Michael Chamberlain (Mandy), James Chamberlain (Liz) and Matthew Clark; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Chamberlain, Emma Chamberlain, Danny Chamberlain, Alyssa Clark and Evelyn Chamberlain.
