He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter (Catherine) and Stacy; his former wife Patty; and his sisters, Ruth, Lois, Inez and Esther.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Sue; his brother Dwayne; his grandchildren, Jessica, Alexis, Joshua and Caleb; and his great grandchildren, Jacek, Tiffany and Danny. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the West Resthaven Funeral Home (6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Resthaven Park Cemetery (6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301).
