He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie J. Nelson; his first born Victoria Nelson Capps; and his parents, Violet Fern Stratton and Sigard Nelson. He is survived by: his children, Christine Nelson and Bradford Nelson; and his children-in-law, Suzanne MacIndoe, Sheri Caldwell-Nelson and Edward L. Capps.
