He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Renee Martinez, Herbert Alan, Jr., Tiffany Kay Blamire and Amanda Kathleen Lott; his grandchildren, Brian, Nathan, Ashley, Evelyn, David, Alyssa, Anabelle and Jade; his great grandchildren, Isaiah and Michael; and his sisters, Sherry Kwiatkowski and Gayle Cebulak.
