He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jane (Jacoby); and his children, Forrest (Roxanne), Nanette (Princess), Brian (Polly), Aaron (Vicki) and Donovan (Donna). He is also survived by extended family includes 18 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
