He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Ochoa and Richard Ochoa; and his brothers, Richard Jr., Conrad, Raul and Johnny.
He is survived by: his wife Yolanda; his children, Gloria (Jose), Rachel and Gilbert Jr. (Melissa); and his sisters, Sally Hernandez and Clara Vasquez. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary (7924 N 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301). A rosary will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (5614 W Orangewood Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the West Resthaven Cemetery (6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301).
