Frank Manuel Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Librado Manuel and Francisca Manuel (Gonzales); his wife Patricia Lebario; and his siblings, Librado, Jr. and Mary Sais.

He is survived by: his son Patrick (Liz); his granddaughter Celeste; his daughter Celeste (Tom Cotter); his grandchildren, Christine Mena Glass, Kris Glass, Anyssa Manuel, Korina Manuel, Aaron Manuel and Quinn Cotter; his great grandchild Iszabella Manuel; and his children, Erlinda Alvarez (Juan), Amelia Hernandez, Martin Manuel, Phillipa Labrador (Paul), Chevy Rodriguez (Tony), Johnny Manuel, Mary Lou Manuel and Ray Sais.

At home, Frank was known for his floor tile inlay patterns, plants which he rescued from the clearance bin and for building "pandemic" furniture from discarded wood and metal.

Together they would drive around the valley picking up donations or dropping off food boxes to needy families.
