He is survived by: his daughter Betty Kay Lewis Arvada (Phil) of Colorado; his wife Mavis (Fulks); his daughter Mary Lou (Bill); his grandson Christopher Midgett (Nicole); and his great grandchildren, Riley, Cohen and Eli Midgett.
