She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrian DeYoung and Katherine DeYoung of Grand Rapids, MI.; her siblings, Betty, Harold, Edward and Robert; and her husband John Hofman Jr..
She is survived by: her children, John (Des Hofman III), Mark (Katie Hofman), Jennifer (Tom Patterson) and Matthew (Amy Hofman). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-greatgrandchildren.
