It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald P. Bonkosky (Glendale, Arizona), born in Superior, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Elvessa; his daughter Stacey Walentiny; and his siblings, Elmer, Ernest, Eugene and Elinor.
He is survived by: his wife LaVonne Champeaux; his brother Edwin (June Wolden); his daughter Lori Lewis; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Lewis (Barbara Fox), Tanner (Loretta Gerkitz) and Janay Walentiny Jaramillo (Jacob); and his great grandchildren, James, Macaila Lewis, Laila, Scarlett, Ezekiel, Samson Walentiny, Lysariah, Noah, Everly Jaramillo, Nikki, Chase Fox and Ivory Landoff. He is also survived by Papa to his grandchildren and his great grandchildren.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grace Education Assistance Fund or the Stain Glass Project.
