He was predeceased by: his parents, Halley Tacia and Evelyn Tacia; and his siblings, David Tacia and Eleanor Mosley. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Sherilyn Stagner (Doug), Lynette Cookston (Ken), Janet Mitchell (Steve) and Dwight Tacia (Terri); his grandchildren, Carl Stagner (Bethany), Catherine Stagner, Bethany Crispin (Antonio), Cory Cookston (Rebekah), Tyler Cookston, Kayla Toro (Joel), Kyle Reichert (Catherine) and Zoe Tacia; his stepgrandchildren, Zachary Mitchell and Savannah Mitchell; and his sister Sandra Williams (Nick). He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
