He was predeceased by: his father Modesto Rios Palacios. He is survived by: his wife Maribel Zuniga Torrez; his daughters, Karina D. Rios Zuniga, Nely N. Rios Zuniga and Adriana Rios Zuniga; his grandchildren, Bryan Alvarado Rios, Daniela Orozco Rios and Brittany Tamayo Rios; and his mother Maria Espinal Abundez.
