He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Amy Anglin; his parents, Cornelius Kelleher and Donna Kelleher; his sister Cindy Rhodes; his children, Sean, Devyn, Kylee and Taylor Kimberly; his stepchildren, Tayler, Kaylinn, Jayce, Haylei, Payton and Anthony; his nieces, Logan and Rylan Rhodes; and his nephew Ethan Rhodes.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic restrictions, a reception in his honor will be set for a later date.
The family would like to thank all of Neil's friends and family for their prayers, donations, meals, LOVE, and continued support during this difficult time.
