She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Cruz and Angela Santa Cruz; and her siblings, Class José Ángel, Lorenzo, Rosario, Gracie and Gloria Santa Cruz-Archuleta.

She is survived by: her siblings, Carlos Santa Cruz (Cher), Efren Santa Cruz (Debbie), Petro Santa Cruz (Marta), Nellie Buendia, Yolanda Santa Cruz, Mary Lou Santa Cruz, Martin Santa Cruz and Pauline Santa Cruz. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
