It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Sue Johnson (Glendale, Arizona), who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Nordyke and Frank Nordyke; and her siblings, Frank Nordyke, Melvin Nordyke and Helen Burright.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Johnson; her daughters, Gayle Yelvington (Jim), Glenda Bokamper (Bill) and Julie Fail (David); her grandchildren, Scott Yelvington (Arnold Peneda), Kimie Robins (John), Gracie Yelvington, Michael Bokamper (Terra) and Rob (Rachel Fail); her brother Joe Nordyke (Beth); her granddaughter Linda O'Brien; and also Beverly Harmsen. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
She battled Alzheimer's in the last few years of her life.
