She was predeceased by: her grandson Ryan Southey. She is survived by: her children, Craig Essary of Anthem, AZ, Christy Knight of Phoenix, AZ and Vickie Nokes of Springfield, OR; her brother Merle Hines; her grandchildren, Nicole, Torry Southey, Dusty and Cody Essary; and her great grandchild Aliyana Southey.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Halo Animal Rescue in Bonnie's name (halorescue.org).
