She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Riley and Earl Riley; her sister Velma Julius; her daughter-in-law Bale Walker; and her grandson Sean Ferry.

She is survived by: her husband John Walker; and her children, Michael Ezell (Janet), John Walker, Randy Walker (Vicky) and Devy Walker-Ferry (John). She is also survived by her four children, 2 sisters, 12 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.
