He was predeceased by: his mother Lynn Shepherd (Miller); and his brother Scott A. Shepherd. He is survived by: his girlfriend Julie; his father Terry Shepherd; his stepmother Sharol Shepherd; his sons, Riley E. Shepherd, Kyle T. Shepherd and Eric M. Shepherd; and his niece Melissa L. Shepherd. He is also survived by his cousins, uncles, aunts, and a multitude of friends.
