She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Coffey and Ann Coffey. She is survived by: her children, John (Joanne), Patrick (Jessica) and Julie (Paul); her grandchildren, Calli, Samantha, Cole, Courtney, Brent, Carlyn and Ellarie; and her great grandchildren, Brody, Lilah, Holland, Blakely, Wiley, Hudson, Lincoln, Walker, Indie and Koe.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Rescue a Golden of Arizona in Theresa's honor.
