He was predeceased by: his father Duttee Holmes, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Holmes; his children, Chad Holmes (Victoria Voto), Kristopher Holmes (Kelly), Christina Waun (Robert) and Angela Daziani; his mother Corrine "Corky" Holmes (Paulsrud); his grandchildren, Abigail Holmes, Eloise Holmes, Peighton Waun, Faith Waun, Hope Waun, Cody Waun (Haley) and Matthew Waun (Laura); and his siblings, Peggy Haggerty (Michael), Michael Holmes (Deborah), Nancy Kaashagen (Kjell) and Mark Holmes (Shawn). He is also survived by great-grandchildren, in-laws, nieces, nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Funeral Home (1562 E Baseline Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204). A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1562 E Baseline Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Patrick's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to support families affected by childhood cancer.
