He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary; his children, James Acerra, Andrea Acerra and Rosemarie Acerra; his stepson George Giannoulias of Montreal Canada; and his siblings-in-law, Toula Maglaris of Burlington Vermont and Steve Georgopoulos of Ottawa Canada. He was also cherished by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
