She was predeceased by: her parents, John Costello and Catherine Costello (Griffin); her husband Howard C. White; and her siblings, Richard Costello (Dick) of Myrtle Beach and Mary Slusser of Grove City, Pennsylvania..
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Minder (Todd) and Howard J. White of Gilbert, Arizona; her grandchildren, Jessica Daniel (Brandon) and Courtney Harmon (Codi); and her great grandchild Hazel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be sent to Heart of Healing Hospice, 1729 N. Trekell Road #122, Casa Grande, AZ 85122.
